September 9th Results (11.1 miles, etc.)

Longest run in a round of training, this one targeting Florence, usually means it’s shirt day. New ones, as always courtesy of the Eugene Running Company, went to 22 of our runners today. Take a moment to thank Bob Coll, our benefactor since 2005… bob@eugenerunningcompany.com.

Welcome back among us to Michele, Steve and Russell. They’re longtime loyalists who’ve taken some time off from our Sunday runs.
