Our Labor Day started a day early,
with a run I hope none of you found too laborious. Big efforts continue this
week for Carrie and Sean, in the McKenzie River 50K, plus Bill and Leah at Sweet
Home triathlons. Team training for the Florence Half peaks next Sunday at 11
miles.
