July 23rd Results (4.9 miles)

Away we go again. Today’s run was the first, leading toward Florence in September and the Women’s Half in October.

Two reminders: (1) the Wednesday group will meet as usual this week, 6 o’clock start from the Mill Race trailhead in Springfield; (2) no Sunday run next weekend, as I’ll be away and we have a “bye” week built into this schedule.
