at this point. Programmed training distances mainly support our marathoners for
Eugene (with 11 miles today) and half-marathoners (seven miles) for Florence. Others get to pick how far they go.
Thanks to Solomon for
stepping in to open the store today, while Lindsey was back east. I was down
south until last night, and promise to be all the way back by next Sunday.
