Trail races are
beautiful, but they also can bite. Our Amy learned this in the Hot Springs
18-mile race when she fell onto a rock and dramatically injured her face.
She saw again
how strong this team’s support system is. Bill gave steady help from the
time of Amy’s fall in the early miles until her man Gabe took over at the
emergency room that afternoon. See before/after photos below.
