August 12th Results (7.2 miles, etc.)

Win, win! No high heat and no heavy smoke interfered with today’s run. This being busy travel and race season, the running for a dozen of us was done elsewhere this weekend. Sixteen still joined us here.

Thanks to Lindsey for opening the store this morning (after winning her age group, placing second overall woman and PRing at Saturday’s Scandia 10K). And thanks to Laurel and Trey for helping us on the course.
