Run to Stay Warm Results

Talk about giving thanks! I’ve known few, if any, weekends better than this one. It began with our first pre-race party in at least a decade, and I thank every teammate – present, past and future – for gracing us by Hopping over to the Valley on Saturday night. The numbers exceeded Sunday’s at Run to Stay Warm.

Thanks for helping on the course today: Neal, Audrey, Carrie and Gabe. The racing will continue this week with halves in Albany and Springfield for several teammates – notably Ben, who at 10 will become our youngest (by far) at this distance.

November 4th Results (11.1 miles, etc.)

Fall training peaked today for EWEB – or other halves around that time. Ben, our youngest ever at 10, has entered his first half – at Albany. Berkeley and Friendsgiving also come that week.

The ever-popular Silver Falls races became more so for us this weekend. Never have we aimed our training at that event, yet never before have we sent so many there: nine, plus a future teammate.

Thanks to Lindsey for the store opening. And welcome back from her last weekend marathon in Boise.
