Now June, it’s suddenly summer. At least that’s how it felt this morning, with welcome sun warming the run.


Thanks to Rhonda for yielding the planned caretaking at Dorris Ranch back to me. This allowed her to run.

Big thanks also to Chris Hatch and JoAnna, Rachel Walker and Jake for making the same-day drive to Newport and back. They joined our cheering section at the marathon and half finish.

This was an up and down day. Up in distance while training for the Coburg Half a month away, and down in length while tapering for Newport just six days from now.
